Merchant payouts are made on the 1st and 15th day of the month.
Payouts on the 1st include orders from the first half of the previous month. (the 1st to the 15th)
Payouts on the 2nd include orders from the second half of the previous month. (the 16th to the last day of the month)
Delivery Service Partners ("DSPs") receive payment, handle disputes, and proceed with disbursement to Lula.
There is a turnaround time period of ~5-10 days to consolidate all transactions from the DSPs
It takes 2-5 days for ACH payments to arrive in your bank account once initiated on the 1st or 15th payout period.
