Getting Started
As a first step, create your profile with Lula. This gives us the basic information we need in order to setup your account. Follow the prompts, accept the basic terms, and proceed to setup.
Store Count:
Tell us about your store count. How many stores are you considering launching on Lula and what is your total store count? You don't have to launch all stores on Lula, but this information helps us keep you informed of important opportunities across multiple stores.
Setup Step 1: Your basic store information, Onboarding contact and Payment info
Follow the prompts for entering the requested information. As a first step, you will be asked to Add Your Stores. Please tell us the store or stores you are looking to launch on Lula. If you have multiple stores, you can upload a list - please pay careful attention to the information required for successfully uploading your list. For adding a single store, or adding stores one by one, please click "Add Store" - More info below.

Adding Single Stores
To add a single store, please complete this add form. The Store Name is how it should appear online. Please note that for certain banners like "Circle K" - the DSP's (UberEats, DoorDash etc) have a standard format. For example "Circle K - Main St." Lula cannot deviate from these formats in most cases.
Store Information Needed:
Store Number: Enter if applicable to you. This is for us to reference when discussing stores with you.
Manager Name: This is important for certain contacts about store ops issues.
Phone Number: This is required by the DSPs
Street Address: Required for pickup instructions.
Your Information
Please review your information as the registrant. Make any edits necessary or leave if correct.
Primary Contact for Onboarding
If you will be the primary point of contact, please click "Save Primary Contact" or "Confirm" if you will be the contact.
Payment Setup
Please setup your subscription payment method. We only begin the onboarding process once this is completed. You can change cards later if needed. This is for your subscription charges for the Lula platform. Deposit information (where Lula deposits your funds) will be entered in a future step.
