To update your store information within the Lula App, follow these steps:
Go to:
Store>Store DetailsHere, you can update the following:
Store Address
Store Phone Number
Store Email Address
⚠️ Important: Changes made here will only affect the information displayed in your Lula App and your Lula account.
🔄 Want to Change Your Store Name?
Store names cannot be changed manually from the app. Please contact the Lula Support Team for assistance.
🚚 Need to Update Details with Your Delivery Provider?
Updating your store details in the Lula App does not change the information held by your delivery providers (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash).
To make changes with delivery platforms, please reach out to the Lula Support Team, and we’ll help coordinate the update.
