Setup Step 2 - Store Ops Info

Step 2 in the setup process is for Store Ops information like hours and Alcohol licensing info.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

This article assumes you have completed Step one at onboarding,.lulacommerce.com and are ready to begin the Store Ops Info entry.

Once you have completed Step 1, its time to enter your store ops info. You'll need your store operating hours and a copy of the alcohol licenses for each store.

You'll notice this banner across the top:

You will enter TWO types of hours (if you sell alcohol). If you do not sell Alcohol, we only need your daily store hours. Lets start with the general hours - your daily store operating hours. In this section you can add operating hours by day of the week. Ignore Holiday's for now - we will cover that later.

Daily Store Hours

See the section that looks like this below. Click the Enter Store Hours button and a pop up will appear that is prefilled with 24/7 hours. Make adjustments as needed to reflect your store(s) - See below.

Setting Store Hours

NOTE:

If you have different hours for multiple stores, you can create a set of hours for each store using the "Setting Name" field. Otherwise, simply leave the default of Daily Hours. The initial setting is 24/7. If this is correct for your store, simply click save.

Alcohol Sales Setup

If you do not sell alcohol simply select No and move ahead. Otherwise we will need to setup your hours when you sell Alcohol.

Click "Enter Alcohol Sales Hours" to setup your hours. If you have more than one type of Alcohol hours (Liquor vs Beer), you can set a "name" other than "Alcohol Hours" to indicate that. Similarly if these apply uniquely to individual stores, you can Name the setting as the [Store Name] Alcohol Hours.

Alcohol Licensing Collection

In this final task in Step 2, we need to collect the proper alcohol license form for each store in which alcohol will be sold. Required forms vary by jurisdiction. Please upload yours here by store. Uploading the incorrect form may delay your store launch, or require us to launch without alcohol enabled until corrected.

This completes our Step 2 for Onboarding!
