Delivery Fees

How delivery fees work in 3rd party sales

Updated over a week ago

For all sales taking place through a 3rd Party (DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub etc), the service provide charges a "revenue share" which on average calculates to ~20% of the price paid by the customer. This amount - the "revenue share" is withheld from each provider when they disburse your funds to Lula. Lula calculates the Lula Revenue share - per your terms - and disburse remaining funds to your account as setup in Bill.com.

For first party orders (orders driven by your owned and operated ecommerce channel or app) the delivery service provider charges a trip fee. See your terms for specifics as it relates to distance and trips.
