What do I do when my tablet is broken, lost, or stolen?

We’re sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with your tablet. We’re here to help immediately, so you can continue managing your Lula store.

For Broken Devices:

  1. If the damage/defect is caused due to a defective tablet or a Lula-related issue, Lula Convenience will send a replacement tablet free of charge within 3-5 business days.

  2. If the damage/defect is caused by the user, there will be a tablet replacement fee. Please contact our support team for the fee costs.

  3. In either case, the defective tablet must be returned to Lula Convenience. Reach out to our team at [email protected] so we can assist you as soon as possible with the process for returns.

  4. Our team will send a return label to initiate the return process for the damaged device. The device must be returned to us within 7 to 10 business days.

For Lost/Stolen Devices:

  1. If the device is lost or stolen while in transit, you will not be charged a replacement fee. Lula Convenience will assume responsibility for any tablets lost while in transit.

  2. If the device is lost or stolen while in possession of the Merchant, a replacement fee will be charged. Lula Convenience does not assume responsibility for tablets lost or stolen while in the control of the Merchant.
