This guide will get you set up to start receiving and accepting orders.
Connect to the Internet
Turn on the tablet by holding the power button on the right-hand side.
Tap on “WiFi Settings” and find the WiFi network name.
Enter the password to connect the tablet to the WiFi.
Log in to the Lula App
Tap the Lula Store app on the tablet’s home screen.
Log in with the username and password we sent to the merchant’s email.
If the merchant did not receive this information, verify the caller first before resending the credentials to their registered email address.
Get ready to accept orders
Check if the store hours are accurate by checking the email sent to you (merchant’s email).
The store will automatically go online during open hours.
If orders are not accepted or miss incoming orders, the merchant will receive automated notifications and calls to let them know that an order is waiting.
If the merchant wants to change the store hours, CS must assist in changing the store hours.
Tablet Rules
Keep the tablet plugged in 24/7.
Keep the Lula Store app open and in sight at all times.
Do not let the tablet leave the store.
