Gather deeper insights into the top-selling categories, items, and their availability

Items Sold - Displays the number of unique items that have been sold. The columns in the associated table include:

  • Image - Image of the item

  • Item Name - The item’s name

  • Size - The size of the item

  • GTIN/UPC - The GTIN/UPC of the item

  • Category - The category of the item

  • Price Range - The range of prices the item is sold for across all stores

  • Items Sold - The number of times the item was sold

  • Item Sales - The total sales the item has produced

  • % Delta - The percent change in sales compared with the previous period

  • GMV - The percent contribution the item has made to overall sales

Items for Sale - Displays the total number of items available for sale across stores. The columns in the associated table include:

  • Store name - Where the item is available

  • Image - The item’s image

  • Item Name - The item’s name

  • Size - The size of the item

  • GTIN/UPC - The GTIN/UPC of the item

  • Category - The category of the item

  • Price - The price the item is sold for

  • Status - The availability of the item, in this case ‘For Sale’

  • Last Updated - The last time the item was updated

Items on Hold - Displays the total number of items that are currently withheld from being sold across stores. The columns in the associated table include:

  • Store name - Where the item is available

  • Image - The item’s image

  • Item Name - The item’s name

  • Size - The size of the item

  • GTIN/UPC - The GTIN/UPC of the item

  • Category - The category of the item

  • Price - The price the item is sold for

  • Status - The availability of the item, in this case ‘On Hold’

  • Last Updated - The last time the item was updated

NOTE: Items can be on hold for the following reasons:

  • The item is set to inactive when uploaded or send into Lula

  • The item is not empty and a positive number

  • The item has no category

  • The item has no image

  • The item is tagged as restricted

% Categories Sold - Displays the percentage of categories that have sold at least 1 item. The columns in the associated table include:

  • Category - The category name

  • Items for sale - Number of available items in the category

  • Percent Inventory - The percent of the total inventory this category represents

  • Items Sold - The number of items sold from this category

  • Sales - The value of sales this category of items has produced

  • GMV - The percent this category has contributed to total sales

% Category Optimized - Displays the average of the optimization targets for all categories. For every category offered, Lula recommends a target number of items. The column in the associated table includes:

  • Category - The category name

  • Items For Sale - The number of items for sale in the category

  • Recommended Count - The minimum recommended number of items to sell

  • Percent Optimized - The percent calculated between Items For Sale and the Recommended Count

Sales by category

Displays sales over time for every category. It is possible to adjust the view to render daily, weekly, or monthly. Can be used to understand sales trends over time.

Item Affinities

Select any item (that has been sold) and the bar chart displays the distribution of items that have been purchased alongside the selected item. Provides insight into what items tend to pair well with each other.
