Please follow these steps to request account deletion:
1 - In order to request account deletion please perform the following steps:
Log in to your account
Open a new support conversation (chat button in the lower right corner)
In the conversation request that your account and information be deleted.
2 - Specify the types of data that are deleted or kept and any add’l retention period
The account information that will be removed includes your name and phone number. Your email will be retained to facilitate any future account interactions
