Making Payments to Lula:
It’s very easy to make payments here at Lula! Simply setup your Strip account (link sent upon signup) and we will charge the card monthly for each store's subscription.
Sales Revenue Settlement:
For sales made on 3rd party platforms, the 3rd Party withholds their revenue share before depositing the proceeds with Lula. Lula calculates the Lula revenue share (if applicable), consolidates the 3rd Party deposits, builds the settlement detail report, and deposits the funds with you per your setup in the Bill.com system.
Merchant payouts are made every 15th and the last day of the month.
There is a turnaround time period of 5-10 days to consolidate all transactions.
It takes 1-4 days for Epay/checks to arrive.
Overall, it may take roughly 12 days for each payment to reflect in your account
For 1st Party Orders
Orders placed through your owned and operated channels, and fulfilled through Lula's Store Manager are most often paid through your existing payment provider. Settlement would be determined by your agreement with them. Lula fees due for these orders would be billed by invoice.
