When saving edits in an order, all changes become final and may not be undone.
You may not make any edits to substituted items after the initial edit has been saved. All substituted items will be disabled within the edit order flow, as shown below.
Functionality removed:
Update quantity
Re-substituting the item
Remove the item from the order
Please note: If you must make further edits of a substituted item contact the support team via email or the chatbot and they will be able to assist you in updating the order.
