Common Integrations

Integrating your POS or backend with Lula for inventory, pricing and orders.

Updated over a week ago

PDI Enterprise

Lula Store Manager integrates with PDI Enterprise with two options:

1) One way automated sync (PDI ---> Lula) [Most Common]

2) Two way automated sync (PDI <---->Lula)

One way sync brings the latest inventory and pricing changes to the Lula platform and publishes the info to all connected channels (DoorDash, UberEats etc). The sync frequency is configured during onboarding and depends on your specific needs. When an order is placed, the items are quickly rung up in the POS system using a preconfigured tender key, sending order data back to your systems. There is no added fee for this one way PDI Sync.

Two way sync is possible between PDI and Lula. However it most often requires a custom job with the PDT tech team, a job specific quote, and some added time for the project (2-4 weeks). The same task can be easily accomplished using the above method.

SSCS

As of July 2024, Lula and SSCS have partnered to execute a pre-built integration. Inventory syncs from SSCS to the Lula platform and a pre-configured Tender key sends order data back to SSCS similar to normal retail sales. There is no added fee for SSCS integrations.

Others

Lula's API's and/or the inherent connectivity of other popular systems make connecting for inventory and pricing syncs easy in most cases.
