Inventory
There are two options for inventory setup - Integrations or Manual. Even if you are using an integration like PDI, SSCS, Gilbarco, Stuzo or others, you may wish to start with a manual upload of inventory as we work to connect your backend to the system
Manual Upload
Do you have your items in Excel or CSV already? If not, this is a great first step. If you need help deciding which SKUs to list, you can download a 60 day sales report and we will help you prioritize. As a general rule though, the more the better. Selection is key to sales success. If you have 4-5K items you sell, listing them all is a win. Simply prepare the file and our onboarding team will walk you through the first upload.
Integrated Sync
Different providers have different requirements. For PDI for example, we have a script that runs on your system that pulls live inventory and sends it to Lula's Store Manager platform on set intervals. For SSCS, we have a more advanced integration launched in July 2024 that keeps inventory in sync. For specifics on your setup, please work with our onboarding and account teams to get it up and running. Most can be integrated in a matter of days.
Sync Sales Data Back
To get sales data back to your system, some backend software has two-way sync capability, but the most frequent method is a tender key on your POS system to log the sale back to the backend.
