How can I solve my WiFi issues?

You may occasionally experience technical issues with your tablet. When you encounter a technical issue, please try the troubleshooting below:

  1. Make sure the tablet is connected to the WiFi network.

    This is the indicator that you are connected to the WiFi network. Usually, this icon is located in the upper right-hand of the screen (next to the time).

  2. If still not connected to the WiFi network, reset the tab by holding down the power button on the right side.

  3. If the WiFi indicator is as seen below. This usually means that the tablet is connected to the WiFi network but the Internet connection is not working.

  4. If the internet connection is not working, reboot the modem by unplugging the power cord for 20 seconds and plug it back in. If the issue persists, you will need to contact your Internet Service Provider.
